RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase

In-Stock Items (Shorts, Hoodies, Accessories)

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days
  • No restocking fees
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Exchanges are free — we’ll cover shipping on the replacement item

Made-To-Order Items (Tees)

  • All tees are made to order specifically for you
  • Because of this, we do not offer refunds on tees
  • We do offer size exchanges
    • Customer covers return shipping
    • We’ll ship out the new size

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective)
  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

  • In these cases, we cover all costs (including shipping)

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Chinese New Year collection
  • Dante’s Inferno collection
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without justification.

To exercise this right, contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Custom or personalized items are exempt from this policy.

No restocking fees apply. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
